Life & Friends

Take a glance back into your past, think of those friends, now ask yourself where are they now? What part did those friends have in your life, there so many types of friends that come and go through out our lives. Some friends will stay with you through out your life, those friends are the ones that with hesitation offer a hand or a ear to listen when you need to talk, a shoulder to cry on, a hug to comfort you when you just need to know its going to be alright. They don't judge you but instead just offer you advice, those friends I like to consider them as root friends they become intertwined through out our life. Other friends that come into our lives if you think back, are the ones we hung around with just to see something different or just something that was outside our normal realm, I like to refer to those friends as changers meaning by hanging with them we gain feelings and understanding of a different crowd of friends. Then you have friends that come into your life hang around just long enough to get us out of the rut we were stuck in or allow us to see that which we were blind to. then as soon as we get back on our feet they leave just as quick as they came into our lives just like the seasons. How I like to think of it , I feel God puts people into our lives at certain times where he knows we will need a hand, none of our lives are perfect so we all run into the ruts and holes where we feel that we will never get ahead or out of the holes we are in, when this happens it never fails that we seem to get more depressed by the day, that's when God put those friends in our path to help see what we couldn't and help us through the bumpy roads, sometimes the way out is easier when you allow the guide ness of Gods hand through those that come across our paths.
